ARC Partners

ARC has established an extensive network of partners in the Improved Cook Stove Community, including the arenas of policy-making, government, universities, aid agencies, corporate sponsors, and NGO's.  This network includes:  the Partnership for Clean Indoor Air; ETHOS; the US EPA; Shell Foundation; Shell Global Solutions; Philips Corporation; Bosch Siemens; GTZ; ProBEC; World Health Organization; World Food Program; UC Berkeley/CEIHD/Berkeley Air; University of Illinois; Colorado State University; Iowa State University; University of Oregon, USAID; Trees Water, People; HELPS; AidAfrica; ARECOP, and the Nature Conservancy.  ARC has worked with most of the stove projects around the world; we are familiar with key personnel, logistics, and cultural and economic realities.

Having university research partners available to help monitor and assess data quality, contribute to training materials, quantify our testing, and qualify research findings is invaluable to ARC in both developing project plans and maintaining a quality assurance program.

Our research partners include:

  • Dr. Tami Bond - University of Illinois
  • Dr. Mark Bryden - Iowa State University
  • Dr. Bryan Willson - Colorado State University
