Warranty
Every product comes with a 1-year warranty with any manufacturing defect repaired free of charge. Beyond that time, service and repair are available at low cost, depending on the situation.
Return
If return for repair is needed, a Materials Return Authorization is required with the shipment. Please contact us for this form.
Rental
Due to the high risk and cost of international shipping and the relatively low cost of equipment, unfortunately rental is not available at this time.
Parts
Replacement parts are available quickly. Please contact us directly for any needed parts.
Calibration
Calibration is best done by sending the sensor unit to Aprovecho for certified calibration using high-level equipment. For the PEMS, only the small sensor case needs to be returned. With some supplies, on site calibration is possible. Please contact us for further details regarding potential on-site calibration suited to your situation. Click here for calibration pricing.

Software upgrades are available periodically. Please check back here for information on the latest version for both PEMS and IAP.
