Updated WBT Up for Comments!

The ETHOS and Partnership for Clean Indoor Air networks are working to cooperatively improve the Water Boiling Test (WBT). After about 2 years of comments and changes, the final drafts are posted for comment from the greater cookstove community. Below are the updated protocol and spreadsheet for commenting by December 15th via the PCIA website. Then the final versions will be posted when available. Thanks for your feedback!
